Tye is a handsome, moderately sized (19.5 inches), blue fawn brindle male. Sired by Cdn Ch Avalonia Trick or Treat out of Cdn Ch Avalonia Blueberry Lemonade, he is very tightly linebred on the world famous Nevedith double 'J' litter. Tye has an absolutely correct front and rear assembly with a beautiful neck and headpiece, all combining together to give him a gorgeous outline and movement (when he's not playing). His temperament is to die for - loving and soft but with his mother's showmanship and 'look at me' attitude.
Tye attended the Nipissing (Oct /09) shows at just over 6 months of age and discovered that shows are a GREAT place to be (think Summer). Judges Victoria Thomas and Ole Nielsen awarded Tye Winners Male and Best Puppy in Breed from the Bred By class. Since he had so much fun he was entered at the Belleville (Oct /09) shows at just 7 months of age and was awarded Winners Dog and Best of Opposite Sex (from the Bred By class) to his litter sister - Touchstone A Splash Of Blue (over a Special) for his first point under judge Patricia Nemirovsky, who had many favorable comments about this lovely young male.

Tye started the 2010 show season at the Nickel District Kennel Club shows (Mar /10). He was Winners Dog and Best of Opposite Sex under judge Barbara Arndt, under judge Robert Whitney he was Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex and finished the weekend as Winners Dog and Best of Opposite Sex under judge Joy Hodgkinson.
Tye was entered at the Arnprior Canine Association shows in early May/10 at 13 months of age and did himself proud. Under judges Gutenberg Soares, William Byrne and Sharon Derrick he was Winners Dog and Best of Opposite Sex to finish his Canadian Championship. Cdn Ch Touchstone Rhythm N'Blues, Tye, is the third champion for his dam, our foundation bitch, Cdn Ch Avalonia Blueberry Lemonade and the second for his sire Cdn Ch Avalonia Trick or Treat.

Tye is now going to step out of the show ring briefly to mature into the gorgeous adult he will become. Watch for him in the future.

We broke our vow not to enter Tye again until he had fully matured. He had to attend the Capital Area Sighthound Association Specialty show. He helped his mother, Cdn Ch Avalonia Blueberry Lemonade win Best Brood Bitch and then with his mother, Summer, won Best Brace in Breed and then went on and won Best Brace in Specialty.
